Payment options

Credit/Debit Card

Primera Air flights can be booked and paid online or via our Call Centre with a VISA or MasterCard credit card or debit card. In case you do not have a credit/debit card or if your card is not accepted for online payments, you can pay for the flight via bank transfer.

Bank Transfer

You can pay for your flight via Bank transfer. Please read the conditions below carefully:

  • You can pay by bank transfer if the amount of time between booking and departure is at least 14 days.
  • The payment must be made within 24 hours after booking or it will be cancelled.
  • When preparing the bank transer, please indicate ONLY the reservation code (6 characters) in the comment field. If the information in the comment field does not match the booking information, we will not be able to identify your payment and your reservation will be cancelled. Non-identified payments (minus administrative costs) will be transferred back to the originating bank account. 
  • Payments by bank transfer MUST be made in the currency of the booking (currency quoted during the booking) and to the Primera Air bank account of the same currency.

  • In case you have several bookings (with multiple reservation codes), please make seperate bank transfers for the exact amount for each booking. If one bank transfer covers several reservations, we will not be able to identify payment and your reservations will be cancelled.
  • Your bank may charge a transfer fee for this option. For international transfers, bank charges will always apply. For more information on additional charges, please contact your bank. All costs associated with bank transfer payments are covered by the customer. If we do not receive the full amount of your reservation, it will be cancelled.
  • Please provide a valid phone number when making your reservation. In case of any issues with your payment, our customer service may contact you. In case of an invalid phone number, we may cancel your reservation.
  • In case you do not receive your reservation confirmation within 5 days of making the bank transfer, please contact Primera Air call centre to verify that your payment has been received. Please do not send any payment confirmations unless asked to provide proof by our customer service.
